  • Account: Email address when you sign up
  • Content: Files you upload for processing
  • Payment: Transaction data processed by Stripe
  • Usage: Basic analytics and device information

  • Process and deliver your localization requests
  • Handle payments and provide receipts
  • Send service-related communications
  • Improve our service

File Handling & Retention

Files you upload are processed using AI models for transcription, translation, and audio generation. We do not use your content to train AI models.

  • Processing: Files are temporarily stored during processing
  • Retention: Processed outputs are available for download for 7 days by default
  • Extension: You may purchase extended storage (30 days, 1 year, or permanent)
  • Deletion: Files are automatically deleted after the retention period expires

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • AI providers: ElevenLabs (transcription, dubbing), Google Gemini (translation) — your content is processed but not stored by these services
  • Payment provider: Stripe processes payments securely
  • Cloud infrastructure: Cloudflare for hosting and storage
  • Legal requirements: When required by law

Data Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls to protect your information.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at admin@cruxos.io to exercise these rights.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
